I chose to photograph a mix of natural, and man-made objects for texture and pattern. All of my photos were taken outdoors. In all of the images I took, I was relatively close up to the object. I wasn't too far away from any of the objects, or super super close up. I framed my compositions focusing directly on the object. In all of my photos, it drags the viewers eye to a certain point of the photo. It leads you eye either straight on, or along a certain path. Some of my photos I took straight on. Others were taken from below, above, or at an angle. I did consider the rule of thirds for some of my photos, especially with the shot of the leaf, and the gutter. The picture of the siding on the house shows dynamic composition and rhythm nicely, leading the viewers eye in an upward direction.
